Sky

Here are some updates pictures of our puppy Sky!

She is such a good dog! Sky is very smart and playful. She is starting to want to please us more and becoming more aware of her surroundings. We are still working on potty training her which can get very frustrating. She also still gets kind of rough with the kids, but the kids still play rough with her so we are trying to teach all of them how to interact! We took her camping with us last weekend and she did so well! She is settling into our family nicely!

Camping

We went on our first big camping trip as a family! Dan and I both really enjoy camping and went before kids came along. But since we have had kids I don't think we have done any overnight camping together.

The best part is that it was so spontaneous. We got a few supplies and had planned to go in a few weeks. After we got out of the store Dan suggested we just go that afternoon! I said of course! So we came home packed, got food ready and had the car all packed up when the kids got off the bus. Saffryn said it was the best surprise ever. :)

We had a wonderful time together! We also took notes as to how to make it even smoother next time (like leaving our senior citizen dog at home). We can't wait for another nice weather weekend to go camping again!
